Add a Service to the Database

A comprehensive information and referral helpline, PA 2‑1‑1 Southwest uses a database containing detailed information about organizations and their programs to better direct clients to the services they need but may not be aware of. If you’d like to add your organization, please complete and submit the database inclusion application in one of the following formats:

As required by the Alliance of Information & Referral Systems’ (AIRS) accreditation standards, resources are only included in the Resource Database if they meet our inclusion standards. Eligibility for listings in the database is outlined in our PA 2-1-1 Database Inclusion and Exclusion Policy. We are unable to include for profit organizations at this time. If you have any questions about your eligibility, please contact us before completing this form.
