Our Help Line offers a variety of services for our community!  We offer 24/7 Information and Referral through the PA 2-1-1 hotline.  Dialing 2-1-1 connects you to a caseworker who will help you navigate resources available to help with any social service need.  You can also utilize the guided search through https://northeast.pa211.org/

Help Line also assists many agencies throughout several counties with after-hours services.  Our crisis-trained staff are available 24/7 to assist with any agencies after-hours needs.  This includes triage of calls, connecting with on call agency workers, drug and alcohol detox placements, abuse reports, mental health telephone crisis and more!  If your agency is in need of these services please reach out to the Director of Help Line at 570-829-1341 or 888-829-1341.
